I’ve been looking at ways to make smoothie bowls, and all of my breakfasts in general have more protein. This is one easy way to do it! The great thing about making granola is the fact that you don’t need a recipe, any nuts, seeds, or spices will work if you want to use them! The key to a great granola that sticks together, is a liquid sweetener. Often times non-vegans will use honey, but almost all of the vegan recipes I’ve seen use maple syrup or caramelized sugar.
I would highly reccomend this recipe, it’s perfect for that extra burst of energy in the morning!
